Capital and commodity markets: a theoretical and applied concept.

Abstract

There are features of functioning of the multilateral trading platform and the organized trading platform: a multilateral trading platform and an organized trading platform are versions of a regulated market; discretionary rules apply on the organized trading platform, ie the operator of such a market may, at its own discretion, place bids of bidders and trade on the platform itself. The development of capital markets and organized commodity markets will help increase the transparency of processes in the Ukrainian market of goods and capital, expand the range of participants in transactions, eliminating illegal agreements between seller and buyer.
