Abstract

Сформована в Росії сировинна орієнтація економіки не може забезпечити високу якість економічного зростання та стійку соціальну орієнтацію економіки. У цих умовах здійснюють активний пошук інструментів стимулювання інвестиційної активності приватного капіталу і при цьому забезпечення найбільш ефективного поєднання інтересів держави та підприємницьких структур, а також закріплення їх прав й обов’язків у законодавчих актах. Як такий інструмент на перший план виходить державно-приватне партнерство (ДПП).
