Вплив мовних навичок на ефективність спілкування в освітньому процесі педагога

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено дослідженню теоретико-методичних засад та практичних шляхів удосконалення мовних навичок педагогів. У роботі розкрито сутність та структуру професійно-комунікативної компетентності вчителя, проаналізовано психологічні особливості педагогічного спілкування. На основі констатувального дослідження виявлено переважно середній та низький рівні сформованості мовних навичок у вчителів шкіл. Розроблено та експериментально перевірено програму тренінгових занять «Професійне мовлення педагога: шлях до майстерності», впровадження якої забезпечило статистично значуще зростання рівня комунікативної компетентності в учасників експериментальної групи. Запропоновано методичні рекомендації для системи післядипломної освіти та самоосвіти педагогів.

The qualification paper is devoted to the study of the problem of improving the professional communicative competence of a modern teacher. The theoretical foundations of the essence and structure of the teacher's language skills are substantiated, and their role in ensuring effective pedagogical interaction is defined. Based on the results of the ascertaining research, predominantly medium and low levels of language skills formation were diagnosed among secondary school teachers. The author's training program "Professional Speech of a Teacher: The Path to Mastery" was developed, theoretically substantiated, and implemented. The effectiveness of the proposed methodology was experimentally proven, which is confirmed by the positive dynamics of the growth of the level of communicative competence of the experimental group participants. Methodological recommendations for the system of postgraduate pedagogical education and teacher self-education are proposed.
