ОСОБЛИВОСТІ РЕСТРУКТУРИЗАЦІЇ ВЕРТИКАЛЬНО ІНТЕГРОВАНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ БУДІВЕЛЬНОЇ ГАЛУЗІ

Abstract

У статті окреслено поняття «вертикально інтегроване підприємство будівельної галузі», розглянуто особливості реструктуризації зазначених підприємств з огляду на особливості функціонування будівельної галузі. Встановлено основні тенденції розвитку середовища структурних змін підприємств будівельної галузі, які зумовлюють доцільність і необхідність їх реструктуризації. Розглянуто механізми реструктуризації з урахуванням новітніх реалій конкурентної боротьби та можливостей реалізації інноваційної моделі розвитку. Побудована модель базових стратегічних альтернатив реструктуризації підприємства. Наведено засоби реалізації реструктуризації на конкретних підприємствах. A concept «vertically integrated construction enterprises» is outlined in the article, the features of restructuring of the noted enterprises are considered taking into account the features of functioning of construction industry. The basic trends in structural changes development of construction enterprises’ environment which determine the appropriateness and necessity of their restructuring are outlined. The mechanisms of restructuring are considered taking into account the newest realities of competitive activity and marketabilities of innovative model of development. The model of base strategic alternatives of restructuring of enterprise was built. Facilities over the realization of restructuring arc brought on concrete enterprises.
