Теоретичні засади дослідження закону у структурі правової реальності

Abstract

Проаналізовано теоретично проблеми концептуалізації закону як філософсько-правової категорії в структурі правової реальності. Дефініційовано понятя «закон» і «правова реальність» у науковому дискурсі; досліджено ґенезу ідеї структуризації закону у філософії права, теорії права і суміжних науках. The article is devoted to theoretical analysis of the problem conceptualization of the law as a philosophical and legal category in the structure of legal reality; differentiation of the concepts of «law» and «legal reality» into scientific discourse; the study of the genesis of the idea of structuring the law in the philosophy of law, the theory of law and related sciences.
