Теоретичні основи дослідження вмотивованості суб’єктів інвестування у людський капітал

Abstract

pThe article is devoted to research of motivation of potential investors, which may act as employees, businesses and the government regarding investments in the creation, development and human capital accumulation. On the basis of the analysis of the scientific economic literature the main stages of the formation of motives of the subjects’ activities are defined, that is, emergence of requirement and understanding of need of its satisfaction; evaluation of the of a situation, circumstances (identification possibilities of satisfaction of needs); representation by the subject desired benefits (results); on the basis of the stages it should be made a specific purpose and decision concerning next actions. It is assumed that due to the same method it can be formed the motivation of economic agents regarding investment in the accumulation and development of human capital. It is established that the motivation plays an important role for decision making by the potential investor on implementation of investments into the human capital. It should be noted that the motivation of the subject causes level of efficiency of such investments. Thus, each of the specified subjects of economy at implementation of investments into the human capital is guided by their own requirements, interests and the purposes that induce them to the corresponding actions. Thus, the enterprises want to satisfy their economic interests, while workers and the state, except economic results, are interested in receiving social effects from implementation of such investments. /p

p Статтю присвячено вмотивованості суб’єктів-потенційних інвесторів, у ролі яких можуть виступати наймані працівники, підприємства та держава, щодо здійснення інвестицій у формування, розвиток та нагромадження людського капіталу. На основі аналізу наукової економічної літератури визначено основні етапи формування мотивів суб’єктів до діяльності, а саме: виникнення потреби та усвідомлення необхідності її задоволення; оцінка ситуації, обставин (визначення можливостей задоволення потреби); уявлення бажаного блага (результату); на основі наведених етапів формується конкретна мета та приймається рішення щодо дій. Передбачається, що аналогічним способом може формуватися вмотивованість суб’єктів економіки щодо здійснення інвестицій у сфері нагромадження та розвитку людського капіталу. Встановлено, що мотивація відіграє важливу роль при прийнятті рішення потенційним інвестором щодо здійснення інвестицій у людський капітал, оскільки саме вмотивованістю суб’єкта обумовлюється рівень ефективності таких інвестицій. При цьому кожен із вказаних суб’єктів економіки при здійсненні інвестицій у людський капітал керується власними потребами, інтересами та цілями, що спонукають їх до відповідних дій. Так підприємства прагнуть задовольнити свої економічні інтереси, натомість працівники і держава, крім економічних результатів, зацікавлені в отриманні соціальних ефектів від здійснення таких інвестицій. /p
