Сучасний стан охорони праці в Україні у контексті забезпечення її інноваційного розвитку

Abstract

Досліджено сучасний стан охорони праці в Україні та основні світові тенденції в цьому напрямку. Розглянуто правове підґрунтя охорони та безпеки праці. Проведено порівняльний аналіз та запропоновано вектори розвитку в цій сфері. Запропоновано заходи покращення ситуації з охороною праці у нашій країні за допомогою інновацій. The article examines the current state of labor protection in Ukraine and the main trends in this direction in the world. The legal basis of occupational safety and health is considered. Comparative characteristics are presented and vectors of development in this field are proposed. Measures have been proposed to improve the safety situation in our country using the latest technologies. Business cannot effectively develop and become a part of the modern world economy, without complying with the norms and laws on labour protection, as well as without timely introduction of best practices, use of the latest means of protection, taking appropriate measures to create safe working conditions at enterprises. Therefore, labour protection is a necessary element of corporate social responsibility.
