Стимули як інструменти механізму регулювання міжбюджетних відносин

Abstract

Розглянуто суть стимулів як інструментів реалізації механізму регулювання міжбюджетних відносин. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності посилення їх дієвості у напрямку заохочення органів місцевого самоврядування до максимізації доходів і оптимізації складу й структури видатків місцевих бюджетів. The essence of the stimulus as instruments of the inter-budgets relations’ regulation mechanism is investigated. Attention is accented on the necessity of the intensification its’ effectiveness in the direct of encouragement the local authority to the incomes’ maximization and expenditures’ optimization.
