dc.subjectСтаття присвячена аналізу інтеграції системи OKR (Objectives and Key Results) у сучасну систему обліку. Розглянуто сутність методології OKR, її ключові елементи, а також особливості застосування для підвищення прозорості та ефективності управління підприємством. Виокремлено переваги впровадження OKR, серед яких узгодження стратегічних цілей, посилення комунікації та забезпечення прозорості облікових процесів. Також акцентується увага на викликах, які виникають при впровадженні OKR, зокрема на потребі адаптації політик і навчання персоналу. Окремо зазначено, що OKR є не лише інструментом управління, а й потужним механізмом для підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємств. Важливим є потенціал OKR для покращення прийняття рішень та досягнення сталого розвитку. It examines the essence of the OKR methodology, its key components, and the specific features of its application to enhance transparency and efficiency in enterprise management. The advantages of implementing OKR are highlighted, including the alignment of strategic goals, improved communication, and ensuring transparency in accounting processes. Attention is also drawn to the challenges that arise during the implementation of OKR, particularly the need for policy adaptation and personnel training. It is separately noted that OKR is not only a management tool but also a powerful mechanism for enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. The potential of OKR to improve decision-making and achieve sustainable development is emphasized.
