Інформаційно-правові відносини в органах юстиції

Abstract

Розкрито проблемні аспект правової охорони інформаційних правовідносин загалом та трансформації інформаційних відносин. Досліджено інформаційно-правову діяльність органів виконавчої влади, а саме: органів юстиції. Проаналізовано наукові публікації щодо вказаної тематики. Запропоновано певні підходи для покращення законодавства у сфері інформації. Розглядається питання інтеграції інформаційних правовідносин, зокрема значення та завдання інформаційних правовідносин в органах державної влади. The article deals with the problematic aspects of legal protection of information relations in general and transformation of information relations. The article also examines the information and legal activities of the executive authorities, namely the bodies of justice. Scientific publications on this topic have been analyzed. Some approaches have been proposed to improve information law. The issue of integration of information legal relations is considered, in particular the importance and task of information legal relations in state authorities. Information sphere is an important component of the social order, which significantly influences the further development of society as a whole. Information relationships are a kind of relationships that arise in society and are governed by the rules of law. For the reform of the judicial system in Ukraine to be effective, the state must create conditions for facilitating the procedure for citizens to go to court and for changing paper documents to electronic ones, and for them to be able to organize and integrate them into one system of document circulation. It should be remembered that an important prerequisite for improving public administration in the field of information is the right of everyone to access information.
