Abstract

Робота присвячена дослідженню актуальних питань підвищення конкурентоспроможності закладу охорони здоров’я. У першому розділі висвітлені теоретико-методичні засади оцінювання конкурентоспроможності закладу охорони здоров’я та охарактеризовано чинники, що на неї впливають. У другому розділі проведений системний аналіз (зовніщній і внутрішній) конкурентних позицій досліджуваного закладу охорони здоров’я. У третьому розділі запропоновані підходи до підвищення конкурентомпроможності закладу охорони здоров’я в умовах сучасних викликів.

The work is devoted to the study of topical issues of increasing the competitiveness of a healthcare institution. The first chapter highlights the theoretical and methodological principles of assessing the competitiveness of a healthcare institution and characterizes the factors that influence it. The second chapter provides a systematic analysis (external and internal) of the competitive positions of the healthcare institution under study. The third chapter proposes approaches to increasing the competitiveness of a healthcare institution in the face of modern challenges.
