Моделювання процесів управління соціально-економічним потенціалом вищого навчального закладу

Abstract

Обґрунтовано розвиток концепції соціально-економічного потенціалу (СЕП) організації та проілюстровано застосування цієї концепції, як методу підвищення ефективності управління вищими навчальними закладами (ВНЗ). Представлені підходи до розробки моделей, які є підґрунтям системи ефективного управління та нарощування СЕП ВНЗ. The development of socio-economic potential conception (SEP) of organization is one of the tendencies in modern management theory. The use of this conception as a method of increasing effectiveness of administration in higher educational establishments (HEE) gives an opportunity to the educational establishment to endure under circumstances of complicated and unstable business - environment. There given some approaches to the development of the models which are the basis of the system of effective administration and increasing SEP in HEE.
