| dc.description.abstract | Розглянуто проблеми самофінансування територій. Обґрунтовано головну мету державної регіональної політики й необхідність створення умов для налагодження взаємозв’язків територіальних інтересів із загальнодержавними згідно з моделлю самоврядування, а також запровадження диференційованого фінансування самоврядних територій. The problems of self-financing of different territories are examined. The primary objective of public regional policy and necessity of creation of terms is offered for adjusting of intercommunications of territorial interests with national in obedience to the model of self-government, and also introduction of the differentiated financing of self-governing territories. | uk_UA |
