Укладення транспортних контрактів в умовах міжрегіональної економічної взаємодії

Abstract

У статті розглянуто та обґрунтовано напрямки удосконалення структури документообігу в транспортній сфері. Теоретичною та методологічною основою статті є укладання міжнародних торговельних контрактів з урахуванням транспортного фактору і з'ясування світових цін на транспортування експортно-імпортної продукції. У процесі роботи використовувалися умови транспортних договорів та контрактів. Результати дослідження показали, що транспортний фактор істотно впливає на ціну товару. Мова йде про урахування транспортної складової в ціні товару, з огляду на географічне розташування партнерів один відносно одного й до центрів міжнародної торгівлі товаром, а також встановлення економічно обґрунтованих тарифів на перевезення вантажів, що відображають представницький рівень світових цін у транспортній сфері. Отримані результати дослідження спрямовані на вирішення суспільно необхідних витрат на доставку товарів від постачальника до споживача, при цьому оцінюється ефективність транспортного обслуговування на всьому маршруті. Дані дослідження доцільно застосовувати в транспортній інфраструктурі.

In the article the reasonable directions of improvement of the structure of documents in the transport sector are considered. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study can be considered the international trade contracts with the consideration of transport factor and determination of world prices for export and transport of imported products. In the process of investigation the conditions of transport agreements and contracts have been used. The results have shown that the transport factor significantly affects the price of goods. We have taken into account the transport component in the price of goods based on the geographical location of partners to each other and to the centers of international trade. Also we havw considered the establishment of economically justified tariffs for transportation of goods, reflecting a representative level of world prices in the transport sector and industry of the country.The results of research relate to solving socially necessary cost of shipping goods from the supplier to the consumer. In this process it should be considered the estimated efficiency of transport services on the route. The results of the study are specific to the application in the transport infrastructure.
