У пошуках компромісу між державним патерналізмом і фінансизмом

Abstract

Розкрито роль держави, фінансів і фінансових інструментів у сучасній ринковій економій. Доведено, що сучасна епоха - це епоха фінансизму, а економіка ХХІ ст. - це геофінансова за суттю і змістом економіка. Обґрунтовано необхідність розробки концептуальних основ, критеріїв, параметрів та механізму реалізації національної стратегії економічного розвитку в контексті формування глобальної фінансової цивілізації. Виокремлено проблеми і перспективи розвитку світової фінансової системи, окреслено фундаментальні основи, які необхідно враховувати в економічних реаліях при побудові нової моделі національної економіки України. The role of the state, finance and financial instruments in a modern market economy is exposed. It is proved that a modern epoch is the epoch of finance, and economy of the XXI item is geofinancial economy after essence and maintenance. The necessity of elaboration of conceptual bases, criteria, parameters and mechanism of realization of national strategy of economic development in the context of forming of global financial civilization is offered. Problems and prospects of development of the world financial system are distinquished, fundamental bases which it is necessary to take into account in economic realities at construction of a new model of national economy of Ukraine are outlined.
