dc.descriptionThe content of bank and insurance business consolidation process is considered. Essences and becoming reasons of the process are found out. Certainly primary purposes and possibilities are determined. They are provided by the newest bankinsurance activity in Ukraine. The existent forms of financial business architecture are analyzed. Basic achievements and lacks of financial institutions consolidation strategy in Western Europe countries are considered, with the purpose for adaptation of foreign experience in the Ukrainian financial systemuk_UA
dc.description.abstractРозглянуто змістовне наповнення процесу консолідації банківського та страхового бізнесу, з'ясовано його сутності та причини становлення. У статі, визначено основні цілі та можливості, що забезпечуються реалізацією новітньої банківсько-страхової діяльності в Україні. Проаналізовано існуючі форми фінансової бізнес-архітектури. Розглянуто основні досягнення та недоліки стратегії консолідації фінансових інституцій у країнах Західної Європи, з метою адаптації зарубіжного досвіду в Українській фінансовій системі.uk_UA
