Стан та шляхи вдосконалення реалізації антикорупційної політики України

Abstract

Проаналізовано концептуальні засади національної антикорупційної політики України. Охарактеризовано процес становлення та розвитку національної антикорупційної політики. Досліджено критерії оцінки ефективності антикорупційної політики. Встановлено, що ефективність національної політики запобігання та протидії корупції в Україні, крім наявності відповідної політичної волі, вимагає належного законодавчого забезпечення, формування дієвої системи державних органів, забезпечення належної координації антикорупційної політики, превентивних заходів запобігання корупції, а також їх подолання. The conceptual foundations of the national anti-corruption policy of Ukraine are analyzed. The process of formation and development of national anti-corruption policy is characterized. The criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of anticorruption policy are studied. It is determined that the effectiveness of the national policy of prevention and counteraction of corruption in Ukraine, apart from the availability of appropriate political will, requires proper legislative support, the formation of an effective system of state bodies, ensuring proper coordination of anti- corruption policies, preventive measures for the prevention of corruption and overcoming them.
