Current trends in the financial support of state social programs.

Abstract

In the modern period, the vision of the welfare state as a democratic state that implements effective social policy aimed at implementing the principles of social justice, social protection, social partnership and social solidarity of society, improving the quality of life, protecting their rights and freedoms, creating modern health care, education and social security systems, support for the poor and low-income, to prevent and resolve social conflicts. The implementation of the social function of the state contributes to the financial support of state targeted programs that ensure the achievement of a positive social effect by solving problems of improving the standard and quality of life. The value of targeted program funding is that it allows to approach the solution of social problems in a comprehensive way.
