Економічний аналіз особливостей організації та тенденції розвитку готельно-ресторанного господарства Запорізької області

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано сучасний економічний стан, особливості організації та тенденції розвитку підприємств готельно-ресторанного господарства Запорізької області. Розглянуто загальну кількість підприємств останнього та проаналізовано їх динаміку. Визначено основні перешкоди, що суттєво гальмують розвиток готельно-ресторанного бізнесу та розроблено рекомендації щодо вдосконалення його організації у Запорізькій області на основі аргументованих тенденцій розвитку галузі гостинності.The article focuses on the analysis of the current economic state of the organization characteristics and development trends of the enterprises of hotel and restaurant business in Zapor izhzhya region. Hotel and restaurant business is actively developing, gaining new features and new impulses for the development . I n recent years it has ac cumulated a number of outstanding issues. The problem of development in the sphere of hotel and restaurant business is very relevant because of its economic and social importance. The purpose of this paper is to conduct economic analysis of organization and to identif y the main trends of the hotel and restaurant business in Zapor izhzhya region. It has been c onsidered the total number of enterprises of hotel and restaurant enterprises and their dynamics has been analyzed. The major obstacles that significantly inhibit the development of hotel and restaurant business are identified. The recommendations to improve the organization of hotel and restaurant business of Zapor izhzhya region on the basis of a reasoned trends of th is industry have been worked out .
