dc.description.abstractВступ.
Introduction. In a wartime economy, enterprise financial security transforms from a “set of static ratios” into a dynamic resilience system capable of withstanding cascading energy and logistics disruptions, heightened macro-financial volatility, and cyber threats. The concentration of exogenous and endogenous risk factors strengthens the relevance of further theoretical inquiry into the architecture of financial security and the development of applied tools for its assessment and management in sectors with high war exposure. Purpose. To design a conceptual architecture of enterprise financial security in a wartime economy that integrates the institutional (external) and resource (internal) contours, and to formalize it as a composite FSAI index with the regime logic “peace — war — recovery” for managerial interpretation and for comparing security profiles across firms and industries. Method (methodology). The study applies a structural-functional approach to delineate subsystems and interaction channels; the tenets of institutional economics to model the “rules of the game” and external constraints; the principles of Enterprise Risk Management for an integrated view of risks and the determination of risk appetite; an index-based approach with normalization of indicators and weighting of the sub-indices of institutional stability and resource resilience; and scenario-based theoretical modelling for logistics, agriculture, and energy. Results. A two-layer architecture of enterprise financial security (“institutions × resources”) is developed with a description of its functions, interfaces, and feedback mechanisms; a composite FSAI index is proposed as a quantitative representation of the architecture, with indicator sets defined for each sub-index and aggregation rules specified; a regime-based logic for adaptively adjusting the weights of institutional and resource components is introduced depending on the intensity of exogenous shocks; and the practical applicability of the approach is demonstrated for diagnosing “bottlenecks” and prioritizing managerial interventions (state guarantees and war-risk insurance, liquidity buffers, debt restructuring, hedging of currency and interest-rate risks, implementation of BCP/DR, and enhanced disclosure transparency).en
