Метакогнітивні аспекти поєднання людини та техніки у сучасних механізмах оновлення основного капіталу агропідприємств в умовах цифрової трансформації

Abstract

Стаття досліджує метакогнітивні аспекти взаємодії людини і техніки в контексті модернізації основного капіталу агропідприємств під час цифрової трансформації. Автори аналізують, як цифровізація змінює традиційні механізми оновлення матеріально-технічної бази сільськогосподарських підприємств, висвітлюючи роль людського фактора у прийнятті рішень щодо впровадження новітніх технологій. Дослідження розкриває вплив цифрових інновацій на трансформацію виробничих процесів та організаційну структуру агропідприємств, а також відображає зміну парадигми управління основним капіталом в умовах Індустрії 4.0. У роботі розглядаються особливості метакогнітивних процесів при формуванні стратегій технічного переоснащення агропідприємств, а також запропоновано модель інтеграції людського та технічного компонентів для підвищення ефективності використання основного капіталу в умовах цифрової економіки. Особлива увага приділяється аналізу інноваційних механізмів фінансування та економічного обґрунтування інвестицій у модернізацію технічного оснащення агропідприємств з урахуванням довгострокових перспектив цифрового розвитку галузі. Результати дослідження підкреслюють важливість розвитку метакогнітивних навичок аграрних менеджерів для успішної адаптації до викликів цифрової трансформації галузі та формування стійких конкурентних переваг на основі інтелектуалізації процесів управління основним капіталом.The article examines the metacognitive aspects of the interaction of humans and technology in the context of the modernization of fixed capital of agricultural enterprises during digital transformation. The authors analyse how digitalization changes the traditional mechanisms of updating the material and technical base of agricultural enterprises, highlighting the role of the human factor in making decisions on the implementation of new technologies. The study reveals the impact of digital innovations on the transformation of production processes and the organizational structure of agricultural enterprises, and also reflects the change in the paradigm of fixed capital management in the conditions of Industry 4.0. The paper examines the features of metacognitive processes in the formation of strategies for technical re-equipment of agricultural enterprises, and also proposes a model for integrating human and technical components to increase the efficiency of fixed capital use in the digital economy. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of innovative financing mechanisms and economic justification of investments in the modernization of technical equipment of agricultural enterprises, taking into account the long-term prospects for the digital development of the industry. The results of the study emphasize the importance of developing metacognitive skills of agricultural managers for successful adaptation to the challenges of the digital transformation of the industry and the formation of sustainable competitive advantages based on the intellectualization of fixed capital management processes.
