Financing of Labor Resources in the Context of Modernization of Social Security.

Abstract

Improving the financing of labor resources should be considered taking into account the financing of social security to reduce or prevent the negative impact of social risks on persons who, due to independent living circumstances, do not have sufficient means of subsistence; variety of sources of financial resources attracted to the labor market: financing of the social sphere to comply with social standards and guarantees of reproduction of labor resources; financing of the system of higher education and introduction of perspective models of financial and economic maintenance of its development for preparation of experts for the purpose of their further employment.
