Involvement of labor potential in the implementation of the strategy of economic reconstruction: realities and global trends.

Abstract

Household savings are an important factor and investment resource for state development. Performing the reproductive function of savings play a key role in expanded reproduction, creating added value in the country. Accordingly, the state provides public goods and services to the population, the financing of which depends on tax payments of both citizens and businesses. Thus, there are bilateral financial relations: on the one hand, the state taxes the population, and on the other - makes transfer payments in its favor. The key goals of post-war economic reconstruction should be: reconstruction of property and infrastructure destroyed or damaged as a result of the war; rapid recovery of economic activity; return to Ukraine of refugees, internally displaced persons and their inclusion in economic processes; forming the foundations for sustainable economic growth.
