Міжнародний досвід взаємодії суб’єктів забезпечення муніципальної безпеки

Abstract

Досліджено міжнародний досвід особливостей, специфіки та структури відносин із взаємодії при забезпеченні безпеки на місцях. Узагальнено функції та напрямки безпекової політики органів місцевої влади, які здійснюються в США, Канаді, Великобританії, Сербії та Сінгапурі. Проаналізовано ефект від результатів впровадження технологій «розумне місто» в стратегію місцевої безпеки, проаналізовано досвід функціонування центрів безпеки та обґрунтовано доцільність їх створення в Україні. In the article the author researched the international experience of the peculiarities, specifics and structure of the interaction relationship in the field of security of the places. The author summarizes the functions and directions of security policy of local authorities in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Serbia and Singapore. The author analyzed effect of the introduction «smart city» technologies into a strategy of local security. Also, the author analyzed the experience of functioning of the security centers and substantiated the feasibility of their creation in Ukraine.
