Abstract

Досліджено особливості правових наслідків поліпшення речі наймачем. Окрема увага приділяється врегулюванню цього питання в судовій практиці. The article deals with the peculiarities of the legal consequences of improvement of property by renter and the jurisprudence of the above issues. Special attention is paid to resolving this issue in court.
