| dc.description | In this article the essence and the main ways of state policy of memory were analized. It is directed to overcome the totalitarian past and to form the Ukrainian centered model of historical memory. In this article the essence and the main ways of state policy of memory were analized. It is directed to overcome the totalitarian past and to form the Ukrainian centered model of historical memory. It was established that the conservation and reproduction of historical memory is especially acute in post-totalitarian societies that undergone collective historical trauma. It was investigated that the impact of historical trauma adversely on the historical consciousness of Ukrainian was reflected and some negative effects in the structure of historical memory was caused, in particular: the historical trauma, historical amnesia, quasi historical memory, phobias and historical myths. It led to the multiplicity of historical memory and the appearance of several models of identity. It is indicated that the process of creating new meanings of memory in the transition society is a prerequisite to overcome dualism of the historical memory of Ukrainian, their reconciliation and forming the unifying system of values. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | У статті проаналізовано сутність і основні напрями державної політики пам’яті, спрямованої на подолання тоталітарного минулого та формування україноцентристської моделі історичної пам’яті. Установлено, що проблема збереження й відтворення історичної пам’яті постає особливо гостро в посттоталітарних суспільствах, які перенесли колективну історичну травму. Досліджено, що вплив історичних травм згубно відобразився на історичній свідомості українців і спричинив низку негативних явищ у структурі історичної пам’яті, а саме: історичну травму, історичну амнезію, квазіісторичну пам’ять, фобії, історичні міфологеми, що зумовило амбівалентність історичної пам’яті й появу кількох моделей ідентичності. Зазначено, що процес творення нових пам’яттєвих смислів в умовах перехідного суспільства є необхідною умовою подолання дуалізму історичної пам’яті українців, їх примирення та формування об’єднавчої системи цінностей. | uk_UA |
