Стан та особливості розвитку будівельних підприємств

Abstract

Вступ. Для досягнення поставленою мети вирішуються комплекс взаємопов’язаних завдань: систематизація теоретико-методичних положень до визначення інструментарію формування та реалізації розвитку будівельних підприємств; формування кількісної основи розвитку будівельних підприємств; характеристика сучасних систем забезпечення розвитку будівельних підприємств. Визначені основні показники діяльності будівельних підприємств, які вказують про неоднозначні тенденції їх розвитку. Поряд з цим, вони формують кількісну основу для прийняття рішень в контексті їх розвитку із застосуванням відповідного інструментарію. Мета. Визначення стану та характеристика особливостей розвитку будівельних підприємств. Метод (методологія). Для забезпечення розвитку будівельних підприємств, розроблено теоретико-методичний підхід до оцінки рівня розвитку будівельних підприємств, який базується на сукупності методів і моделей, застосування яких дозволяє визначити інтегральний чинник для здійснення економіко-математичного моделювання чинників розвитку й прийняття обґрунтованих управлінських рішень. Результати. Для забезпечення розвитку будівельних підприємств, розроблено теоретико-методичний підхід до оцінки рівня розвитку будівельних підприємств, який базується на сукупності методів і моделей, застосування яких дозволяє визначити інтегральний чинник для здійснення економіко-математичного моделювання чинників розвитку й прийняття обґрунтованих управлінських рішень.
