Affordable housing for internally displaced persons: project approach and the priorities for investment.

Abstract

Global trends in the residential real estate market show that investors prefer financial instruments with positive financial indicators and invest in the real estate sector with the prospect of income growth. Most investors use the so-called "point approach" when choosing objects of investment in the residential real estate market instead of forming a mortgage portfolio by economic sector. The financial aspect is important, which should take into account the consistency of the strategy and tactics of mortgage activities of banks and construction companies; openness of procedures and publicity of control over the process of providing affordable housing for internally displaced persons; cheapening of banking mortgage services and products due to the attraction of mortgage resources and their availability for the majority of internally displaced persons.
