Вплив офшорингу процесів знань на розвиток інтелектуального капіталу підприємства: польський досвід

Abstract

У статті вміщена авторська позиція до трактування поняття інтелектуального капіталу підприємства. Запропоновано ретроспективний аналіз розвитку офшорингу процесів знань. Проаналізовано польський досвід поширення офшорингу процесів знань і визначено можливості його застосування в Україні. Обґрунтовано вплив офшорингу процесів знань на розвиток інтелектуального капіталу підприємств. Метою написання статті є представлення зарубіжного досвіду поширення офшорингу процесів знань та моделювання векторів їх розвитку в Україні. Завдання дослідження передбачають формування термінологічного поля шляхом опрацювання власної дефініції термінів «інтелектуальний капітал підприємства» та «офшоринг процесів знань»; визначення потенційних переваг, які виникають від його поширення у вітчизняній практиці господарювання. Результати дослідження полягають у представленні власного трактування терміну офшоринг процесів знань, обґрунтуванні соціально.економічної доцільності їх поширення в умовах інфономіки, моделюванні перспективних векторів їх розвитку в українських реаліях.The author's view concerning the interpretation of the concept "the intellectual capital of the enterprise" is provided in the article. The retrospective analysis of the development of the knowledge processes offshoring is suggested. The Polish experience of spreading the knowledge process offshoring was analysed and the possibilities of its applying in Ukraine were determined. The influence of the knowledge process offshoring on the development of intellectual capital of the companies was substantiated. The aim of the article is to represent the foreign experience of spreading the offshoring of the knowledge process and to model the vectors of its development in Ukraine. Research objectives include the forming of terminological base by processing own definitions of the terms "intellectual capital of the enterprise" and "offshoring of the knowledge process", identifying the potential benefits arising from its spread in domestic business practice. Results of the study include our own interpretations of the term "offshoring of the knowledge process", reasoning the social.economic expediency of their spreading in infonomiks terms, modelling the prospectives of their development in Ukrainian realities.
