Abstract
Проаналізовано та подано проблеми Фонду щодо
розміру фінансових ресурсів. Звернено увагу на недоліки
«очистки» банківської системи впродовж 2014–2016 рр. Від-
значено, що проблема розміру фінансових ресурсів у Фонді
гарантування вкладів та девальвація національної валюти
сприяли зростанню паніки та масштабному вилученню коштів
із банківської системи. Звернуто увагу на безвідповідальність
власників банків перед своїми кредиторами. Сконцентровано
увагу на проблемі механізму черговості виплат щодо вимог
кредиторів.
Description
The article presents the analysis of the Deposit Guarantee Fund
problems in financial resources. And focuse on the disadvantages
of clearing the ukrainian banking sector, during 2014-2016. It has
been emphasized the huge problem of the financial resources size
in the Deposit Guarantee Fund. Also indicated that the level of the
national currency devaluation contributed to the growth of panic
and large-scale withdrawal of funds from the Ukrainian banking
system. It has been pointed the colosal problem of irresponsibility
owners of insolvent banks in front to their creditors
