Abstract

У пропонованій статті досліджується міжнародно-інформаційна, пропагандистська та видавнича діяльність Української надзвичайної дипломатичної місії УНР у Чехословаччині протягом 1919-1920 років. У публікації значна увага приділяється вивченню широкої інформаційної та видавничої роботи дипломатичної місії у Празі, як засобу привернення уваги європейських політиків та народів до долі України, її законних державних прав і геополітичних інтересів. Пропонована стаття є першою спробою узагальнюючого підходу до вивчення історії інформаційної роботи Української надзвичайної дипломатичної місії у ЧСР. В предлагаемой статье исследуется международно-информационная, пропагандистская и издательская деятельность Украинской чрезвычайной дипломатической миссии УНР в Чехословакии в период 1919-1920 годов. В публикации, значительное внимание уделяется изучению широкой информационной и издательской работы дипломатической миссии в Праге, как средства привлечения внимания европейских политиков и народов к судьбе Украины, ее законных государственных прав и геополитических интересов. Предлагаемая статья является первой попыткой обобщающего подхода к изучению истории информационной работы Украинской чрезвычайной дипломатической миссии в ЧСР. The offered article shows the deployment of international information, advocacy and publishing activities of the Ukrainian extraordinary diplomatic mission of the UNR in Czechoslovakia during 1919- 1920; the first national and departmental normative legal documents defining the focus international outreach and specific objectives the activities of Ukrainian diplomatic missions in this field. In the publication, considerable attention is paid to studying a broad information and publishing work of the diplomatic mission in Prague, as a means of attracting the attention of European politicians and peoples to the fate of Ukraine and its legitimate rights of the state and geopolitical interests; investigated major publications in Czech and Ukrainian publications of an educational character, which define the direction and objectives for the dissemination abroad of information about the history and civilizational achievements of the Ukrainian people, its current status, the revival of national statehood, the aspirations of Ukraine in the international arena. Describes the main basics of foreign propaganda, organizational structure and functions of the staff of the information Department of the diplomatic mission of the UNR in Czechoslovakia, the promotion of public organizations and the Ukrainian Diaspora in the international informational work of Ukrainian diplomats. In the publication describes providing information and cultural assistance to Ukrainians in the Diaspora and in hte ethnic territories occupied by foreign countries. Explored the forms and methods of international outreach, the objective difficulties in the way of spreading abroad truthful information about the Ukrainian state. The present article is the first attempt of a generalizing approach to the study of the history information of the Ukrainian extraordinary diplomatic mission to the Czechoslovak Republic.
