Description
The problem aspects of the organization of financial control at
the local level are considered. The necessity of improving financial
control at the local level based on the use of positive experience
of foreign countries is substantiated. Specifies the decisive role
of public control in budgetary decentralization. The main tasks of
financial control at the local level are outlined.
