Administrative responsibility for infraction of fiscal discipline in Ukraine

Abstract

The content of administrative responsibility for violation of budget legislation is disclosed. The basic signs and place in the system of legal responsibility are determined. The author investigates the legal nature and legal grounds of responsibility for violating the fiscal discipline in Ukraine. Proposals on improving the legal standards and methodical recommendations of financial monitoring organization in the area of financial and budgetary legal relations were made.
