Abstract

Розкрито особливості розвитку регіональної економіки через створення і функціонування інноваційних моделей - кластерів. Зроблено акцент на вирішенні проблем наповнення місцевих бюджетів через мобіліза цю внутрішніх ресурсів регіону за допомогою мережевих організаційно-економічних технологій. The article exposes the content of the new approaches of the regional economy development through the innovation model-clusters. Making the accent on the problems solutions of the local budget filling through the mobilization of the internal region resources with help of the net organization-economic technologies.
