Abstract

Розглянуто теоретико-методологічні засади управління бюджетним дефіцитом, основну увагу акцентовано на проблемних аспектах визначення розміру дефіциту бюджету. Проаналізовано потенційно можливі шляхи подолання та фінансування бюджетного дефіциту, окреслено їх позитивні і негативні аспекти. Is considered theoretic-methodological methods of management of budget deficit, accentuate attention to problem aspects of determination of the size of deficiency to the budget. It is analyzed potentially possible ways overcoming and financing of budget deficit, it is marked their positive and negative aspects.
