СУТНІСТЬ ТА ВИДИ РЕСТРУКТУРИЗАЦІЇ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Abstract

Розглянуто сутність реструктуризації підприємства, здійснено аналіз існуючих підходів щодо розуміння понять ”реорганізація”, ”реформування”, ”реструктуризація” й ”реінжиніринг” і виявлено характер їх взаємозв’язку. Подано класифікацію процесів реструктуризації, яку покладено в основу методичного підходу до оцінювання варіантів реструктуризації. Essence of restructuring of enterprise is considered, the analysis of existent approaches is carried out in relation to understanding of concepts ”reorganization”, ”reformation”, ”restructuring” and ”reengineering” and found out character of their intercommunication. Classification of processes of restructuring which is fixed in basis of the methodical going near the evaluation of variants of restructuring is given.
