Some Aspects of Enterprise Development Financing in the Conditions of Global Hybrid Threats.

Abstract

We note that the priorities in the field of financial policy are to improve property relations and harmonize legislation in the field of financial activities. In order to ensure the competitive advantages of enterprise development, it is advisable : to introduce a national regime for foreign investors, which would clearly regulate the conditions of their activities; to attract domestic capital to the real sector of the economy by starting the construction of new enterprises on a parity basis; to introduce compulsory insurance of certain banking risks. Transparency of the financial market will stimulate the voluntary participation of legal entities and individuals in financial transactions and will help eliminate existing regional disparities in the structure of the financial sector.
