Муніципальні запозичення та їх роль у фінансовому забезпеченні місцевих органів

Abstract

У статті розглянута роль муніципальних запозичень у фінансовому забезпеченні місцевих органів влади. Окреслено проблеми та причини, що стримують розвиток вітчизняного ринку місцевих запозичень та надані пропозиції щодо їх усунення. Запропоновано стратегічні напрями реформування системи місцевих запозичень в Україні. In this article there have been considered a role of municipal assimilations in financial provision of local government authorities. There have been defined the problems and reasons that restrain the development of domestic market of local assimilations and made propositions regarding their elimination. There have been offered strategic directions of reformation of local assimilation system in Ukraine.
