Abstract

In the conditions of global military challenges, the relationship between the state and market institutions is complicated, which leads to changes in the sphere of activity and economic interests of powerful enterprises and financial institutions. The formation of the «new economy» contributed to the formation of market institutions and their emergence to the world level, and the development of globalization processes led to the expansion of the interests of private business. The institutional school focuses on researching the problems of social choice, paying special attention to the relationship between the political system and state measures aimed at implementing economic policy.
