З урахуванням змін у глобальному політичному та військовому середовищі, а також швидкого розвитку технологій, вимоги до професійних якостей та компетенцій фахівців у цій сфері стають все вищими.

Засновуючись на досвіді та наукових дослідженнях, стаття пропонує практичні рекомендації щодо розвитку тактичної грамотності в особовому складі та навчання працівників ефективним стратегіям та методам.
