Особливості використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у навчанні іноземних мов

Abstract

У роботі досліджено особливості використання інформаційнокомунікаційних технологій (ІКТ) у навчанні іноземних мов у закладах вищої освіти. Визначено роль ІКТ як багатокомпонентного цифрового освітнього середовища у формуванні мовленнєвих компетентностей студентів-філологів, уточнено зміст поняття ІКТ у мовній освіті, окреслено їхні основні функції та дидактичні можливості. Проаналізовано сучасний стан застосування цифрових ресурсів (системи керування навчанням, відеоплатформи, мобільні застосунки, лінгафонні комплекси, сервіси штучного інтелекту) у вищій школі, розкрито специфіку іншомовної комунікації в цифровому середовищі та вплив ІКТ на навчання іноземної мови, зокрема на розвиток аудіювання, говоріння, читання, письма, а також міжкультурної й цифрової компетентностей майбутніх викладачів і перекладачів. Запропоновано стратегії й технології формування мовленнєвих компетентностей, розроблено рекомендації щодо поетапної інтеграції інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в до-аудиторну, аудиторну та післяаудиторну роботу.

The thesis presents a theoretical and practical analysis of the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in foreign language teaching at higher education institutions. It defines the role of ICT as a multi-component digital learning environment in developing linguistic, intercultural and digital competences of philology students, clarifies the concept of ICT in language education, outlines their main functions and didactic possibilities, and describes the current state of ICT integration (learning management systems, video-conferencing platforms, mobile applications, language laboratories, AI-based services) in university language courses. The study examines the specifics of foreign language communication in digital environments and analyses how ICTs influence the content of foreign language teaching and the structure of learners’ communicative activities, particularly in developing listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, as well as intercultural and digital competences of future teachers and translators. Strategies and technologies for developing speech competencies are proposed, and recommendations for the step-by-step integration of information and communication technologies into pre-class, in-class, and post-class activities are developed.
