Guidelines for the development of science in the context of ensuring innovation and investment development of society.

Abstract

Science and education are interrelated objectively and institutionally. The organization and funding of research is divided into four sectors: academic, industry, university and business. Universities, in addition to fulfilling their main function – education, are engaged in research and innovation. Currently, there is a deepening integration of education and science within the university sector, due to the growing importance of research and training of researchers of the appropriate level. Science and education play an extremely important role in the development of society and the country and their activities are manifested in all spheres of life in modern Ukraine: from economic to cultural. The priority for the state should be to maintain the proper state of financial support for education, science and research. Reproduction and increase of intellectual and spiritual potential of the population of the state, education of the citizen, modernization of public relations depends on quality of education. Effective implementation of policy in the field of science and education is impossible without adequate financial support of educational institutions and educational activities.
