Категорія інтересу як об’єкт гармонізованого управління і менеджменту

Abstract

У статті на основі аналізу наукових уявлень про зміст економічної категорії інтересу продемонстровано, що більшість відомих результатів досліджень, інтерпретацій, трактувань і оцінок цього багатогранного поняття з позицій можливостей і засобів гармонізованого управління інтересами різних суб’єктів ринкових стосунків залишаються досить нечіткими. Зважаючи на це, метою роботи є інтерпретація поняття «інтерес суб’єкта господарської діяльності» в контексті розгляду категорії інтересу як об’єкта гармонізації, яка, реалізуючись через методи, технології, механізми та інструменти зближення інтересів, певним чином сприяє підвищенню рівня досконалості вирішення проблем. Суть поняття «гармонізація інтересів» полягає в їх узгодженості у часі та просторі з метою розвитку системи, яка є множиною суб’єктів – носіїв цих інтересів. У результаті запропоновано оригінальне трактування поняття «економічний інтерес» у вигляді геометричної моделі – лінійного континууму можливих варіантів його задоволення, позиційованих між двома точками: економічним егоїзмом та – економічним альтруїзмом, між якими знаходиться збалансоване значення економічного інтересу. Обґрунтовано, що проблема комплексного врахування в процесах управління сталим розвитком соціально-економічних систем економічних, екологічних і соцііальних інтересів людей з позицій їх гармонізації через процеси і процедури управління є недостатньо вивченою. З використанням лінійного континууму запропоновано модель економічно-екологічно-соціального простору соціально-економічної системи з демонстрацією прикладів гармонізованих цілей розвитку, яких слід досягнути в результаті управління гармонізацією інтересів суб’єктів діяльності, які знаходяться в цьому просторі. Модель економічно-екологічно-соціального простору СЕС з прикладами гармонізованих і дисгармонізованих цілей розвитку може бути рекомендована для застосування в процесі і процедурах виконання функцій управління СЕС: планування (стратегічне і тактичне), організовування, мотивації та контролю. Наслідком використання запропонованої моделі стане припинення наростання диференціації і дезінтеграції інтелектуальних, фінансових, фізичних і природних ресурсів учасниками ринкових стосунків у СЕС.On the basis of analysis of scientific understanding of the meaning of economic interest categories it is shown that most of the known interpretation s and assessments of this concept are indistinct . Therefore, the purpose of the article is the interpretation of the concept "business entity interest" in the context of the category of interest as an object of harmonization . It contributes to the problem solving and is being realised through methods, technologies, machinery and tools of convergence of interests . The essence of the concept of "harmonization of interests" is in their consistency in time and space to develop the system, which is the set of subjects that are the carriers of these interests. As a result, it has been proposed the original interpretation of the concept "economic interest" in the form of geometric patterns . That is the linear continuum of possible options for its solutions. This continuum is positioned between two points: economic selfishness and economic altruism . Thete is the value of a balanced economic interest between them . It has been p roved that the problem of the comprehensive consideration of sustainable development governance of processes of social and economic systems of economic, environmental and so cial interests of the people in terms of their harmonization through processes and management procedures poorly studied. Using the model of a linear continuum it has been proposed the model of eco-socio-economic space of economic and social system with the demonstrati on of examples harmonized development goals . They have to be achieved as a result of interests harmonizing management of entities activities that are in this space. M odel of eco-socio-economic space SES with the e xamples of harmonized and dysharmoniz ed development goals can be recommended for use in the process and procedures SES management function s fulfillment : planning (strategic and tactical) , orhaniz ation , motivation and control. The consequence of using the proposed model will become the cessation of the increase of differentiation and disintegration of intellectual, financial, physical and natural resources of market relations in the SES.
