Кримінальні вибухи: характеристика та типологічні особливості злочинця

Abstract

У статті розкрито трактування поняття «кримінальний вибух», його характеристики, виявлено дефініції, пов’язані з ним. Проаналізовано взаємозв’язок між тероризмом та вибухами, який закріплений на законодавчому рівні. Розкрито ознаки особи злочинця, що вчиняє злочини із застосуванням вибухових пристроїв та об’єктів, перероблених у вогнепальну зброю, як елементу криміналістичної характеристики. The article reveals the interpretation of the concept of "criminal explosion", its characteristics, reveals the definitions associated with it. The relationship between terrorism and explosions, which is enshrined in law has been analyzed. Features of the identity of a criminal who commits crimes with the use of explosive devices and objects converted into firearms as an element of forensic characteristics. The types of terrorists according to the position in terrorist organizations are considered as criminals have a certain psychological character depending on their position in the terrorist organization.In the article emphasizes that the key element in the preparation and commission of crimes is the delivery of an explosive device to the place of explosion.The method of initiating the explosion may indicate the degree of qualification of the offender in various fields. Accordingly in the article lists the professions whose involvement of specialists increases the risk of accuracy of subversive actions.As a result of scientific research it should be emphasized that the means and methods for carrying out criminal explosions are constantly being improved, and criminals use a wide range of methods for carrying out criminal explosions, which causes significant difficulties for law enforcement agencies in investigating criminal offenses. This makes it necessary to improve the activities of law enforcement agencies to detect and investigate these crimes, respectively, this will be possible with the maximum use of modern advances in forensic technology and further improvement and enrichment of forensic techniques. It should be noted that modern advanced forensic laboratories, explosives and portable equipment are already used today during the site inspection.
