Priorities of the new reconstruction architecture: ensuring the stability of institutions and the implementation of international humanitarian law.

Abstract

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine is responsible for the implementation of the PEACE in Ukraine Project together with the World Bank, therefore it ensures the transparency of the attraction and use of funds provided by development partners. Together with the company Deloitte Consulting (implementing the USAID SOERA project), the Ministry of Finance monitors the use of direct budget support of the US Government, and with the audit company PriceWaterhouseCoopers Ukraine – an audit according to agreed procedures to determine the allowable government expenses spent by Ukraine in 2022 within the framework of the Project.
