Інноваційні резерви розвитку урбаністики: концептуальні засади

Abstract

Вступ. Питання урбанізації та становлення урбаністики як науки, що досліджує складні взаємозв’язки між містами, їх населенням та навколишнім середовищем, набуває все більшого значення і стає глобальним трендом. Інноваційні резерви розвитку урбаністики є ключовими для забезпечення стійкого зростання міст, підвищення якості життя їх мешканців та оптимізації використання ресурсів. Управлінський і фінансовий аспекти цих інновацій є невід’ємними складовими процесу, адже вони визначають ефективність впровадження нових рішень і технологій.

Мета – науково обґрунтувати поняття та складові інноваційних резервів розвитку урбаністики, проаналізувати їх компоненти й особливості формування в управлінському та фінансовому контекстах.

Результати. Уточнено сутність поняття “інноваційний резерв розвитку”, охарактеризовано сутність урбаністики з позицій міждисциплінарного дискурсу. Визначено особливості управлінського та фінансового аспектів розвитку урбаністики. Запропоновано науково-теоретичний підхід визначення інноваційних резервів розвитку сучасної урбаністики з урахування фінансового та управлінського аспектів.

Висновки. Дослідження інноваційних резервів розвитку урбаністики в управлінському та фінансовому контексті є надзвичайно актуальним і вимагає комплексного підходу, що сприятиме сталому розвитку міст та покращенню життя їх мешканців. Управлінський аспект охоплює розробку стратегій, які дають змогу інтегрувати інновації у міську інфраструктуру та послуги, що передбачає не лише адаптацію нових технологій, а й активну участь громади в ухваленні рішень, що, своєю чергою, сприяє соціальній згуртованості. Фінансовий аспект більшою мірою стосується інвестицій у розвиток міського середовища, залучення приватних партнерів та використання інноваційних фінансових інструментів. У цьому контексті важливо забезпечити збалансування між державним та приватним фінансуванням, що сприятиме реалізації амбітних проєктів з максимальною вигодою для громади. Introduction. In today’s changing conditions, as well as under the influence of digitalization and globalization, the question of urbanization and the formation of urbanism is gaining more and more importance as a science that investigates the complex relationships between cities, their population and the environment. Innovative reserves of urban development are key to ensuring the sustainable growth of cities, improving the quality of life of their residents, and optimizing the use of resources. Management and financial aspects of these innovations are integral components of the process, because they determine the effectiveness of the implementation of new solutions and technologies.

The purpose of the article is to determine the main innovative reserves of urban development and analyze its managerial and financial aspects.

Results. In the presented study, the essence of the concept of "innovative reserve of development" is clarified, the essence of urban planning as a modern phenomenon of urban development is characterized. Features of management and financial aspects of urban development are determined. A scientific-theoretical approach to the definition of innovative reserves for the development of modern urban planning, taking into account financial and managerial aspects, is proposed. Conclusions. Thus, the study of innovative reserves of urban development in the managerial and financial context is extremely relevant and requires a comprehensive approach that will contribute to the sustainable development of cities and the improvement of the lives of their residents.

The management aspect includes the development of strategies that allow for the integration of innovations into urban infrastructure and services, which involves not only the adaptation of new technologies, but also the active participation of the community in decision-making, which, in turn, promotes social cohesion.

The financial aspect, in turn, concerns investments in the development of the urban environment, the involvement of private partners and the use of innovative financial instruments. In this context, a balance between public and private funding is important, which will allow the implementation of ambitious projects with maximum benefit for the community.
