Abstract

Вступ. Однією з ключових складових сталого розвитку є зелена економіка, метою якої є зменшення негативного впливу на довкілля, раціональне використання ресурсів і забезпечення економічного зростання без шкоди для екології. Цей підхід не лише відповідає на глобальні виклики, такі як зміна клімату та виснаження природних ресурсів, а й відкриває нові можливості для управлінських та фінансових інновацій.

Сучасні тренди зеленої економіки охоплюють впровадження нових технологій, розвиток екологічно чистих продуктів і послуг, а також створення ефективних механізмів для зменшення викидів парникових газів та управління відходами. Важливими аспектами є також перехід до відновлювальних джерел енергії, оптимізація виробничих процесів та підвищення енергоефективності.

Таким чином, розуміння сучасних трендів зеленої економіки є необхідним для ефективного управління і фінансування у нових умовах. Саме тому сучасні дослідження ключових елементів цих трендів, їх впливу на управлінські практики та фінансові стратегії, а також можливості і виклики, що постають перед організаціями в контексті переходу до зеленої економіки, є актуальними та необхідними для забезпечення подальшого економічного зростання.

Мета – визначити сучасні тренди розвитку зеленої економіки з урахуванням фінансового та управлінського аспектів.

Результати. Проаналізовано головні тренди розвитку сучасної зеленої економіки, подано основні риси та відмінності від традиційної економіки. Визначено вплив управлінського та фінансового аспектів на розвиток зеленої економіки. Доведено, що управлінський аспект зеленої економіки містить розробку і реалізацію стратегій, які не тільки відповідають вимогам екологічних стандартів, а й забезпечують конкурентоспроможність і довгострокову стабільність бізнесу. При цьому фінансовий аспект зеленої економіки охоплює питання інвестування в екологічно чисті технології, фінансування проєктів, що мають позитивний вплив на довкілля, та оцінки фінансових ризиків і можливостей, пов’язаних із переходом до зеленої економіки.

Висновки. В процесі дослідження було обґрунтовано, що сталий розвиток є не лише концептуальною ідеєю, а перетворюється на необхідність для сучасного бізнесу й економічної діяльності. Зелена економіка пропонує нові можливості та виклики як з управлінського, так і з фінансового аспектів, що вимагає від компаній адаптації та інновацій. Results. The presented paper analyzes the main trends in the development of the modern green economy, presents the main features and differences from the traditional economy. The impact of managerial and financial aspects on the development of the green economy is determined. It has been proven that the managerial aspect of the green economy includes the development and implementation of strategies that not only meet the requirements of environmental standards, but also ensure competitiveness and long-term stability of business. At the same time, the financial aspect of the green economy covers the issues of investing in environmentally friendly technologies, financing projects that have a positive impact on the environment, and assessing the financial risks and opportunities associated with the transition to a green economy.

Conclusions. In the process of research, it was substantiated that sustainable development is not only a conceptual idea, but turns into a necessity for modern business and economic activity. The green economy offers new opportunities and challenges from both managerial and financial aspects, requiring companies to adapt and innovate. In general, the integration of green economy principles into management and financial strategies is a key factor for ensuring sustainable development and adaptation to changes in the global economic space. Successful implementation of these principles allows organizations not only to reduce their environmental footprint, but also to create new business opportunities, enhance reputation and attract sustainability-oriented investors.
