Фінансове забезпечення підприємств у контексті механізму їх ефективного функціонування

Abstract

Вступ. У сучасних умовах невизначеності перед підприємствами постають проблеми щодо пошуку інструментів для втримання своїх позицій, забезпечення стабільної, безперервної, ефективної діяльності. У досягненні ефективності діяльності важливу функцію виконує фінансове забезпечення, яке грає виключну роль як при здійсненні операційної діяльності, так і при здійсненні інвестицій згідно стратегії розвитку підприємства. З огляду на це необхідним є розробка системи механізмів формування фінансових ресурсів підприємств на основі концептуального підходу для забезпечення їх ефективного функціонування. Мета. Розробка механізмів формування фінансових ресурсів підприємств у контексті їх ефективного функціонування на основі концептуального підходу, який включає принципи, мету, завдання та безпосередньо механізми управління фінансовим забезпеченням підприємства. Метод (методологія). При здійсненні дослідження використані загальнонаукові методи, зокрема аналіз і синтез, метод моделювання, графічний метод. Результати. В статті досліджено групи джерел формування фінансових ресурсів. В результаті дослідження на основі концептуального підходу розроблено систему механізмів: механізм управління формуванням власних фінансових ресурсів, механізм мобілізації фінансових ресурсів підприємства із залучених джерел. Оскільки підхід до формування фінансового забезпечення має бути збалансованим, що передбачає оптимальне поєднання власних та позикових коштів, механізми розроблені як складові елементи концепції вдосконалення управління фінансовим забезпеченням підприємства. Її головною метою визначено: забезпечення прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень щодо залучення достатнього обсягу фінансових ресурсів для отримання максимального прибутку і збільшення ринкової вартості підприємства. В статті запропоновано розділення внутрішніх факторів розвитку виробництва на три групи: фактори ресурсного забезпечення виробництва, фактори, що забезпечують бажаний рівень економічного і технічного розвитку підприємства, фактори, що забезпечують комерційну ефективність виробничо-господарської діяльності підприємства. Напрямком подальших досліджень визначено розробку методик оцінювання ефективності фінансового забезпечення розвитку підприємств.Introduction. In today conditions of uncertainty businesses face the problem of finding tools to maintain their positions, to ensure stable, continuous, efficient activity. In achieving the efficiency of activity an important function is performed by financial support, which plays an exceptional role both in the implementation of operational activities and in the implementation of investments according to the development strategy of the enterprise. Given this, it is necessary to develop the system of mechanisms of enterprise financial resources formation on the conceptual approach providing its effective functioning. Purpose. Development of mechanisms of enterprise financial resources formation in the context of their effective functioning based on the conceptual approach, which includes principles, objectives, tasks and directly mechanisms of financial provision management of the enterprise. Method (methodology). It is used general scientific methods, in particular, the analysis and synthesis, the method of modeling, graphic method. Results. The article investigates groups of financial resources formation sources. As a result, on the basis of the conceptual approach, the system of mechanisms has been developed: the mechanism of management of own financial resources formation, the mechanism of mobilization of enterprise financial resources from borrowed sources. Because the formation approach of financial security should be balanced, with an optimal combination of own and borrowed funds, mechanisms are developed as constituent elements of the concept of improving the management of financial support of the enterprise. Its main goal is defined: ensuring effective management decisions to attract sufficient financial resources to maximize profits and increase the market value of the enterprise. The article proposes a division of internal factors of production development into three groups: factors of resource support of production, factors that ensure the desired level of economic and technical development of the company, factors that ensure the commercial efficiency of industrial and economic activity of the enterprise. The direction of further research is determined by the development of methods for assessing the effectiveness of financial support for enterprise development.
