Вплив фінансової політики на розвиток регіонів в умовах децентралізації

Abstract

Значна увага в роботі звертається на вплив фінансової децентралізації на соціально-економічний розвиток регіонів. Зазначено, що практика проведення реформ децентралізації - неоднозначна, диференційована, залежить від багатьох чинників: бюджетного устрою держави, фінансового забезпечення регіонів, особливостей розвитку економіки тощо. Отримані результати дозволили сформувати практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності формування та реалізації фінансової політики розвитку регіонів України.Considerable attention is paid to the study of the influence of financial decentralization on the social and economic development of the regions. It is noted that the practice of decentralization reforms is ambiguous and differentiated. It also depends on many factors: budget structure of the state, financial provision of regions, peculiarities of economic development, etc. The obtained results allow formulating practical recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the formation and implementation of financial policy development of the regions of Ukraine.
